Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and provide photos of the damage. We’ll offer a full refund or a reshipment, whichever you prefer.
Lost Orders
If your package doesn’t arrive, don’t worry, we will issue a full refund.
Delayed Orders
If your package seems stuck for over a week or has been in transit for more than a month, we’ll investigate. Depending on the situation, we may reship your order or provide a full refund.
Delivered but Missing or Stolen
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend:
- Checking with family, friends, or neighbors in case they received it on your behalf.
- If the package was stolen, filing a report with the police and providing us with the reference number.
Once we have the investigation results, we’ll assess the situation and determine if a refund can be issued.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on used items. Additionally, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
